Description
Arnewood is a house built around 1815, constructed of stucco with a slate roof. It has two storeys and three bays. The building features sill bands, a top frieze, and boxed eaves, along with panelled angle pilasters and a pilaster to the left of the end bay. The first bay includes a two-storey canted bay window, while the other windows have architraves and are all sashed, with the first floor windows featuring glazing bars. The central entrance is framed by a Doric aedicule, complete with an overlight and a four-panel door. Above the entrance, there is a window with a frieze and consoled cornice, while the window to the right is blind. The three-bay facade facing Allpass Road is similar in design.
