Description

Sandheys is a house that has been converted into a school, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and consists of two storeys and three bays. The building features a first-floor sill band and a top entablature, along with end panelled pilasters. The windows are sashed and do not have glazing bars. A central Ionic porch with paired columns adds to its architectural appeal. The returns of the building have two-storey canted bays, and there are later flat-topped dormers.
