Description

The bandstand, located on an island in the lake at Sefton Park, dates from the 1910s. It features an octagonal brick base surrounded by iron railings. Slender iron columns with trellis ornamentation support a red tiled pagoda roof, which is topped with a domed lantern and an elaborate wind vane.
