Description

The barn at Snape Gate is probably from the 18th century and is located on the roadside. It is a tall structure built of coursed stone rubble with irregular quoins and a stone roof. The side facing the road features a central cart entrance topped with a catslide roof on the canted side walls, along with a segmental headed entrance that includes a keystone. The south gable end has two rows of loop lights.
