Description

Sandfield House is a 18th-century building located on Lickers Lane in Whiston. It is constructed of brick and features a stone roof with moulded eaves. The house is two storeys high and has a central panelled door with a fanlight above it, along with a Tuscan porch that has a cornice. On the ground floor, there are two sash windows, and on the upper floor, there are three sash windows, all with flat brick arches, although most of the glazing bars have been removed. The building also has flanking wings that have hipped roofs, each containing two sash windows on both floors.
