Description
This is a barn dating from the early 18th century, located to the north of No. 23. It is constructed of rubble stone with a stone tiled roof and coped gables. The barn features a projecting two-storey south-west wing that is rendered and has flush quoins. The upper part of this wing includes a 12-pane window, while the ground floor has a fine bolection-moulded doorcase with a moulded cornice above it. To the left of the doorcase, there is a keyed oval light. On the right side, there is a lean-to with three doors.
Extending west from the south-west corner of the barn is a rubble stone garden wall that has coped tops and two ashlar gatepiers with moulded caps and raised gatestops. It features a spearhead iron gate. The wall continues to the south and encloses a stone tiled summerhouse with a pyramid roof located in the angle.
