Description
No. 33 Pickwick is a house dating from the mid-18th century, built on an earlier structure. It is constructed from ochre-washed rubble stone and features a stone tiled roof with coped gables, along with ridge and end wall stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a symmetrical front that is slightly off-centre. There is one hipped dormer. The south-west corner has flush quoins, and there is a raised band along the façade. The front features two 12-pane sash windows in raised moulded surrounds on each floor, and a central 6-panel door set in a flush moulded surround, topped with a hood supported by brackets. The rear wall and the west face of the rear wing have recessed cyma-moulded mullion windows.
