Watch-making workshop. Late C19. Brick; slate roof. 2 storeys. Occupies a corner site, the angle canted. Upper floor has 2 6-light windows to each long elevation with original casement, the lintels at eaves level; another 1st floor window to angle, and all the ground floor windows have segmental heads; one retains its boarded external shutters. End wall has a 1st floor taking-in door. Internal fittings are understood to survive intact. This workshop is one of the best preserved in Prescot, a town that was nationally important in the watch making industry.
