Description

No. 37 High Street is a house built around 1815. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and stands two storeys high with two bays. The building features a stone base and cornice. The windows are sashed with glazing bars, and those on the ground floor have wedge lintels. The entrance is round-headed and has a stone surround with roll moulding, flanking fillets, and impost blocks. It includes a complete fanlight and a 20th-century door with six fielded panels. The house has gable-end stacks.
