GV II Office. Early C19. Stucco on stone base, with hipped slate roof. One storey, 3 bays, the central bay bowed. Base, flat pilasters, paired to central bay, frieze, cornice and blocking course. Sashed windows with glazing bars, the central window tripartite. Recessed porch to right has frieze, cornice and gabled blocking course; entrance has eared architrave and 6-panel door. Left return has sashed windows. 3 cross-axial stacks. Later extension to rear. A rare and interesting example of a purpose-built solicitor's office.
