Description

Richmond Grove Farmhouse is a house built in 1752. It features rendered rubble construction with a slate roof and stands two storeys tall with two bays. The ground floor has flush chamfered mullioned windows with three lights, while the upper floor has two-light windows. The door, located between the bays and sheltered by a modern glazed porch, has a stone surround with a slight chamfer. Above the door is an oval plaque inscribed with 'TRT [?] 1752'. The house has gable chimneys, and at the rear, there is a cross window that provides light to the stair. It is located adjacent to the rear of Richmond Grove House.
