Description

Crookhey Farmhouse is a house built in the late 18th century. It features pebbledashed rubble with sandstone dressings and a slate roof. The building has a double-pile plan and gable chimneys, presenting a symmetrical design with two storeys and five bays. Notable architectural details include chamfered quoins and an eaves band. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have plain stone surrounds. The front door is framed by a shouldered architrave and topped with a moulded pediment.
