Description
Dam Head is a house built in 1734. It is constructed from slobbered rubble and has a slate roof. The building has two storeys and originally featured two bays. On the front, there are flush chamfered mullioned windows, with three lights on the left and two lights on the right. The door, located between the bays, has a plain stone surround but is now covered by a modern porch that matches the style of the house. Above the door, there is an oval plaque with a painted inscription that reads 'DH 1734'. To the left of the original house, there is an additional bay with modern windows that have plain stone surrounds. The house has chimneys on the left-hand gable and to the left of the original structure.
