Description

Barnes End is a house from the mid 18th century, constructed of slobbered rubble and featuring a stone slate roof. It stands two storeys high and has two bays. The windows consist of two lights with flush chamfered mullions. The door, located between the bays, has a plain stone surround and is sheltered by a modern glazed porch. There are chimneys at each end of the building. Later additions to either side of the house are not included in this listing.
