Boundary stone. Buff gritstone post with chamfered comers, approx 11/2 metres high, bearing the letters P.P .' at its head. The stone is believed to mark the boundary of the former monastic estates of Pilling and Cockerham. This boundary stone is also included in the 9th list for the district of Wyre in the parish of Pilling.
