Small rectangular plan on north-south axis, facing west. Two low storeys; with a garage doorway in the centre and a smaller doorway to the right, both with punch-dressed lintels and board doors. North gable wall has external steps to loft doorway with wooden surround, and square 4-pane window to right of this. Forms part of an interesting group at Garnett Lees.
