Description
Cliff's Farmhouse is a farmhouse, now a house, that was unoccupied at the time of the survey. It features brick rendered on the front and rear walls, with a red tiled roof and gable chimneystacks. The building has a double pile plan with two rooms on each side, and it stands two storeys high. The design is symmetrical, with a band, rusticated quoins, and a pedimented doorcase. A datestone on the first floor is inscribed with the year 1760. There are two square windows on each floor, which have stone sills and splayed stone heads with keystones, although these are now boarded. The corresponding windows in the rear wall have segmental heads, and in the centre, there is a tall stairlight window with glazing bars.
