Description

Nos 33 and 35 Lowergate are 18th century cottages that stand two storeys tall. They feature pebbledash render with rusticated quoins and a rendered plinth. The eaves are adorned with modillions. Each cottage has one window on both storeys, framed with stone surrounds. There is a plain doorway on the left side of each cottage, also with stone surrounds, but fitted with modern doors. Nos 33 and 35, along with Nos 39 and 41 and St Michael's Primary School, form a cohesive group.
