Description
Jenkinson's Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1726, as indicated by the inscription on the door lintel. It is constructed of slobbered rubble and has a slate roof, with two storeys. The windows are rebated and chamfered, featuring mullions. On either side of the main door, there is a three-light window, with two similar windows above on the first floor. To the left of the main entrance, there is a two-light window on the ground floor and a three-light chamfered window on the first floor. Further left, there is a door with plain reveals, next to another door that has been blocked to create a window. The chimney stack is positioned to the left of the main door. At the rear, there is a later outshut attached to part of the wall. The rear wall of the main house includes a chamfered window, which was originally a two-light window, and a similar four-light window that now retains only one central mullion.
