Description
The Hills Farmhouse is a 17th-century house constructed from sandstone rubble and topped with a stone slate roof. It has two storeys. The south front features mullioned windows, which have an outer chamfer and an inner hollow chamfer. On the ground floor to the left, there is a three-light window with a hood. To the right, there is a blocked window that still shows the remains of a hood, alongside a modern window with a plain stone surround to its left. On the first floor, there is a three-light window and a four-light window, as well as a blocked chamfered one-light window further to the right. The north wall contains modern windows with plain stone surrounds, and a blocked one-light chamfered window is located on the first floor at the east end. The house has end stacks, with a coping on the west gable.
