Farmhouse with added barn, altered, now all one dwelling. Dated 1782 at 1st floor. Sandstone random rubble with quoins, slate roof. Long rectangular plan: double-depth 2-bay farmhouse with added barn continuing to the right and now altered. Two storeys; house has central doorway with simple moulded cornice (glass panelled door and glazed porch), 2 flush-mullion windows on each floor (3 lights to left and 2 to right), and at 1st floor over the door a datestone inscribed B I M 1782. Quoins mark the junction with the former barn, which has in the centre a blocked former wagon entrance marked by jambstones, and now three 3-light windows at ground floor and 4 above, matching those of the house. Shaped eaves brackets; chimney at left gable, and modern chimney at front wall of former barn.
