Description

No. 338 Marine Road Central is a house that has been divided into flats. It dates from the early to mid-19th century and is constructed of sandstone ashlar with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and features three bays. The facade includes a storey band, cornice, and blocking course. The windows are glazing bar sashes. The door, located in the right-hand bay, is framed by a stone doorcase with baseless Tuscan pilasters and consists of three panels topped by a glazed horizontal light. There are chimneys on both the left and right sides of the building.
