Description
No. 142 High Street is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a slate roof with coped raised verges behind a parapet and a cornice. The building has two storeys and three bays, with an additional bay in a later extension on the left. It has glazing bar sash windows and a plat band. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door, which is sheltered by a projecting porch supported by Tuscan columns and an entablature.
