Description

Laurel Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a slate roof with coped raised verges. The building has two storeys, with two windows and a central door. The first-floor windows are glazing bar sash windows set in plain surrounds. There is a plat band present. A modern gabled porch has been added to the front. The property is also defined by ashlar boundary walls and capped gatepiers along the road.
