Description

Chapel House Farmhouse is a house built in 1688. It is constructed of rendered rubble and has a slate roof. The building has two storeys. The windows are rebated and chamfered, featuring mullions. To the left of the porch, there is a three-light window, with a two-light fire window further to the left. To the right of the porch, there is another three-light window. A drip course runs along the building but is interrupted by the porch. On the first floor, there are windows with five and three lights. The porch is a single storey and has a gabled roof. The inner doorway of the porch is moulded and features a battlemented lintel inscribed with 'WSM 1688'. The house has gable chimneys.
