Description
Low Hall Barn is a barn, now used as a garage and for storage, likely built around 1800. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and has a slate roof. The south wall features a wide entrance with plain reveals and a segmental arch. Flanking this entrance are two doors; the left-hand door has plain reveals, while the right-hand door is blocked. On the first floor, there are breathers and two pitching holes with plain reveals to the right. The left gable has a two-light chamfered mullioned window beneath the apex, while the right gable wall contains a blocked two-light rebated and chamfered mullioned window. The wide entrance in the north wall is also blocked and has plain reveals and a segmental arch. To the left of this entrance is a later addition with plain reveals and a steel lintel, and there is a door with a chamfered surround on the left.
