Description

This is a late 17th-century house that has been altered over time. It is constructed from sandstone rubble with a slate roof. The north side of the building has two bays, featuring modern windows with plain reveals. A single-storey addition covers the left-hand side of this wall. A doorway, positioned between the bays, has a chamfered surround and a battlemented lintel. The right-hand gable wall displays a chimney cap supported by stone corbels. The rear wall includes a small, rebated, and chamfered fire window with a single light. Inside, the eastern room contains an 18th-century style shouldered stone fireplace. The attic space features a king post roof truss.
