House. C18 with additions and alterations of early C19. Rendered stone with dressed stone wing to left and stone slate roofs. Double-depth 4-bay house with 2 storeys and an older wing to the left (probably always a farm building) and to the rear. 4 bays the first 3 in a Regency style with projecting plinth, first floor sill band, eaves band and parapet and a total of 5 sash windows with plain surrounds and glazing bars. The 6-panel door in bay 3 has side panels, a semi-elliptical overlight, keystone and flat canopy on columns. Bay 4 is lower, has a sash window on the ground floor and 2-light flat-faced stone mullion window on the first. The left wing projects considerably and is gabled. The rear is of C18 date and has 2, 3 and 4-light flat-faced stone mullion windows, an arched staircase window (C19) and 2 doors one having an ornate radial fanlight the other having been blocked. Dogleg staircase and one early C19 fireplace.
