Description

This is a late 18th-century house located on the west side of Harbour Lane, Milnrow. The house is constructed of hammer-dressed watershot stone with a graduated stone slate roof. It follows a double-depth plan and is arranged over three storeys with a single bay. A door is positioned on the right-hand side and has a square-cut surround. The ground floor features a three-light, flat-faced mullion window. Above this are two six-light, flat-faced mullion windows on the first floor, both incorporating continuous sill bands and two blocked lights. A blocked taking-in door is present on the right return. A ridge chimney stack rises from the roof. The rear elevation contains two and three-light, flat-faced mullion windows, some of which have had mullions removed.
