Villa, now office. 1848. White-painted stucco on brick, slate roof. Irregular rectangular plan. Gothick style. Two storeys, a symmetrical 3-window facade composed of 2 projecting gables with a narrow one-storey link containing a 2-centred arched doorway with moulded surround and fanlight with Y-tracery, the deck above protected by a balustrade of cusped arches; the flanking gables each have a large 4-light canted bay window at ground floor, with quatrefoil frieze and cast-iron cresting, a segmental-pointed 2-light casement at 1st floor, a star-shaped oculus in the apex, and projected verges with ornamental bargeboards. East return side, to Didsbury Park, in similar style. Rear and interior not inspected.
