Description

A row of cottages dated 1870, located on Greenall's Avenue. The building is constructed of brick and extends to two storeys. Each cottage features a panelled or modern front door, above which is a round-headed fanlight with glazing bars set within a round brick arch. Most windows are 16-paned sashes, though some have been replaced. Additional small doors are positioned between pairs of cottages, providing access to the rear yards, and are accompanied by a small window above. Numbers 104 to 128, along with numbers 74 and 76, 80 to 100, form a cohesive streetscape.
