Description

This is a house located at 1 Nuns Road in Chester, dating from the early 19th century and fully restored after 1991. The exterior features lined-out plaster on brick and a hipped roof covered with slate, set behind a low parapet. The building has two storeys and two bays, sitting above a painted stone plinth. There is a 20th-century six-panel door at the right end, framed by a surround with a frieze and cornice. To the left of the doorway, there is one ground-floor sash window, and above it, two sash windows, all with two over two panes. A flush chimney is located on the north wall. The house is adjacent to No. 3 Nuns Road. The interior has not been inspected.
