Description

Chester Villa is a house built in the 1830s or earlier, constructed of painted brown Flemish bond brickwork and topped with a grey slate roof. The building has two storeys, plus attics that feature windows in the gables, and it includes three windows on the front facade. There are plain bands at both the first and second floors. A trellis porch leads to a boarded door. The windows are 16-pane recessed sashes set beneath flat gauged-brick arches, with projecting stone cills. Inside, there is an oak stair with two turned balusters per step.
