Small town house. c1835. Flemish bond brown brick; grey slate roof. 2 storeys, double fronted, late Georgian. Painted stone plinth; pilastered doorcase with frieze and cornice hood; door of 6 fielded panels with 2-pane overlight; a 16-pane recessed sash to each side of door. 2 unequal 12-pane sashes to first floor; cast-iron rainwater pipe and head; painted stone cyma cornice; projecting gable chimney, left. Right gable end, formerly party wall to now demolished adjoining house, is rebuilt. INTERIOR not inspected.
