Description
This is a row of three townhouses located at 45, 47, and 49 Egerton Street, built between 1829 and 1833 and later converted into flats in the late 20th century. The houses are constructed of brown brick in Flemish bond and feature a grey slate hipped mansard roof. The property consists of two storeys, with each house having one bay, and the sides are built against each other. The doors have overlights and are set in timber cases. On the ground floor, there are three flush 16-pane sash windows, and the first floor also has three similar sash windows. Notably, No. 47 has a gabled 6-pane dormer, while the dormer on No. 49 has been altered to a flat roof. A central chimney serves the row. The interiors have not been inspected.
