Farmhouse circa 1860 built as part of the Tollemache Estate. Red brick with tile roof. 2 storey and attic. 3 bay. Centre bay has projecting porch with timber corner posts off a stone plinth, arched braces to head and pair of full glazed doors, also side lights to both returns. It has a mono-pitch roof with timber framed half gables and leads to a half glazed panelled door with studs, ornamental strap hinges and rectangular transome light. Two-or three-light cast iron hexagonal lozenge windows in timber frames at all levels. The north bay is gabled, with timber framed apex, and there are small timber framed gable roofs above the windows in the other bays. The south return has two timber framed gabled attic dormers. High standing chimney with divided flues. Interior: Ledged and battened doors, exposed softwood beams and joists.
