Description

A pair of cottages dating from the late 18th or early 19th century, located on Bollington Road. The cottages are constructed from coursed squared buff sandstone rubble with a Kerridge stone-slate roof and two brick chimneys. They present a symmetrical 5-bay façade. The end bays feature central 3-light wooden casement windows beneath rough stone lintels. The 3 central bays each contain a door also beneath a rough stone lintel; the central door provides access to the rear of the property.
