Description
Farm Fold Cottages is a late 18th-century cottage, incorporating earlier timbers, with 20th-century alterations. It was originally two cottages. The cottage has a thatched roof and two brick gable chimneys, one of which projects. The west front is two-and-a-half storeys and four bays wide. The ground floor has cambered brick heads above two two-light casements, one one-light casement, and a board door. The first floor has two gabled dormers, each with a two-light casement. The main room has been opened up to the roof. Some early timberwork and a truss survive within a partition wall, although they are now covered with wallpaper. The building is listed for group value only.
