Description
Tower Hill Farm, not to be confused with Tower Hill Farmhouse, is a farmhouse and attached buildings dating from the 18th century, with some alterations made in the late 19th century. The structure is built from coursed, squared buff sandstone rubble and features a Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge, and two stone chimneys. The house and the buildings are arranged in one continuous range. The front of the building is two stories high and consists of five bays. The house occupies the right two bays, which include four-pane sash windows set under rough stone lintels, with two square pitch-holes located above. The left end bay projects slightly and is an addition that serves as another shippon. This listing is noted for its group value only.
