Description

The structure consists of walls, gate piers, and gates that front Fence House and Fence Almshouses, built around 1880. It features a low stone wall that runs along the front with short returns on either side. The wall is made of coursed and squared rubble with roll moulded copings. At the center, there are rusticated ashlar gate piers topped with ball finials, and a pair of wrought-iron gates completes the entrance.
