Description

This house dates from circa 1805. It is constructed of brick with stuccoed gable ends, and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high with a three-window front. The central entrance has an eight-panel door with a delicately traceried fanlight set within a Tuscan architrave and open pediment. The windows are sash windows without glazing bars, each with a flat-arched gauged brick head. A semicircular window is located in the gable apex, providing light to the attic space. The eaves have a dentilled wooden cornice. Brick stacks are at each end wall, the right-hand stack being truncated.
