Description

Woodhey Cross is a late medieval cross located at a road junction in Faddiley, likely dating from the early 16th century. It is made of red sandstone and features a square section stone shaft that is set into a deep square base block. This base block is elevated on two levels of stone steps, which are constructed from several pieces of stone.
