Description

The Hill is a late 18th-century house, with a central portion added in 1870, and altered in 1912; modern additions are not part of the listing. The building is constructed of red brick with 2 and 3 storeys. The original front block features plain brick pilasters, a stone cornice, a parapet, and a band between bays. It has 2+1+2 plain sash windows with single glazing bars. The doorway has a flush stone porch with a keyblock and a semi-circular head. The roof is slate.
