GV II

War memorial. c1920. White granite with dark granite panels. 4 steps to stepped base of rusticated square column with pedimented cornice; concave sides to flat-topped coping. Labelled panels on each side have raised centres with bronze letters and decoration: laurel wreath and 1914 * 1918 on E, over LEST WE FORGET applied to white granite; plain cross on W; 1939 * 1945 on N.
