Description

No 1 Beach Road is an early 19th-century building featuring red brick construction and a slate roof that is hipped at the west end. The structure has two storeys above a semi-basement and includes one dormer. It is designed with three bays and retains its original sash windows. The central door is accessed by a flight of steps and is framed by an elegant wooden Doric doorcase that has an open pediment. Additionally, there is a well-crafted fanlight above the door.
