Description

No. 5 Beach Road is an early 19th-century building that has been rendered and features a slate roof. It stands two storeys above a semi-basement and has two bays. The windows have been re-sashed, and there is a later 19th-century bay at the ground floor and basement. The entrance is accessed by a flight of steps and is framed by a Tuscan doorcase with an open pediment, which is complemented by a good fanlight above.
