Description

17 Beach Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick with a slate roof. It stands two storeys above a semi-basement and features two bays that have been re-sashed. There is a later 19th-century bay added to all floors and a large dormer that was also added later. The entrance is approached by a flight of steps and is framed by a Tuscan doorcase with an open pediment.
