Description

Nos 3 and 3A on Beach Road are early 19th-century buildings constructed of red brick with a slate roof. They rise two storeys above a semi-basement and feature one dormer. The façade has two bays with original sash windows. The ground floor and basement have prominent wood bow windows with three lights. The entrance is accessed by a flight of steps and is framed by a Tuscan doorcase with an open pediment, which includes a fanlight.
