Description
This building is a barn and an adjoining horse gin located 25 meters southeast of Foxdale Farmhouse. It dates from the early to mid-19th century and features chevron dressed sandstone with a hipped Welsh slate roof and stone ridge coping. The barn is two storeys high and has an external flight of stone steps on the east side that provides access to the granary. The horse gin, which is included in the listing, is also from the mid-19th century and constructed with matching materials. It has a square plan and has been converted into lock-up garages.
