Description
This building complex consists of a barn, stables, byre, loose boxes, cart shed, and horse gin, located to the southwest of Church Lane Farmhouse. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed from dressed sandstone with clay pantile roofs that feature both hipped and gabled designs, along with stone gable and ridge copings. The buildings are arranged around a central partially covered foldyard. At the rear of the barn, there is a hexagonal horse gin, which lacks machinery but retains all its main timbers, supported by stone piers with brick infill. Other farm outbuildings to the northwest are not of interest.
